RESPONSIBILITIES
- a) Identify and develop new business opportunities in the asphalt premix market, targeting contractors, developers, and municipal projects
- b) Conduct detailed site visits and surveys to assess project scope for cost estimation
- c) Preparing competitive quotation based on the site survey.
- d) Following up served quotation closely to secure sales.
- e) Liaise with operations teams for site follow up and coordination with customer requirements.
- f) Oversee and assist in technical documentation, including site plans, specifications, and project reports
- g) Handle client inquiries, providing both technical advice and commercial solutions
- h) Visit clients regularly to secure recurring business and build brand loyalty.
- i) Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
- j) Support monthly sales forecasting and reporting
- k) Monitoring of payment and collection after sales.
- l) Tender tracking and monitoring

REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma preferable in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- With 3 years of experience in a sales or technical sales role (preferably in asphalt, roadworks, or construction)
- Basic technical knowledge of asphalt premix, roadwork specifications, and project execution
- Proficient in creating engineering documentation, project reports, and sales presentations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, resourceful and ability to work independently
- Preferably with Class 3 licence and own vehicle
