Role and Responsibilities Channel Operations

• Sales & Merchandising Data Analysis (PSI, Growth, Market share, Visibility etc.)
• Monthly Commercial program guidelines to channel
• Merchandising/ Communication guidelines for both Online platforms& Offline resources at Retailers
• Review & Conquer Monthly Sales JBP Plan by Account/ Channel based on common guidelines with customized programs...
• Minimum 4 years of working experience with Trade Category Planning/ Sales Planning background
• Be able to demonstrate strong Data analytical & Critical thinking into Reporting & Problem-solving
• Strong communication/ interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, especially Sales team
• Have Fluent oral & written English command with clear understanding
