Are you strong in Excel, administratively skilled, and do you like to maintain an overview in complex processes? Do you work accurately and do you get energy from logistical flows that are always in motion? Then this position at Samsung SDS in Tilburg is for you. In this position, you are not responsible for planning trucks from A to B, but you ensure via systems that the inbound transport process continues to run smoothly. You monitor progress, signal deviations, and process data carefully.

Your activities consist of, among others:

• Monitoring and following up on incoming transport flows via the own systems
• Checking, analyzing, and processing transport and planning data
• Signaling delays or deviations and coordinating with involved parties
• Administrative recording of transport data in internal systems (such as FIS)
• Working with Excel reports and overviews
• Thinking along about improvements in processes and working methods

You will work full-time in day shifts and will be part of a close-knit team of experienced colleagues who will onboard you well.

You are analytical, accurate, and feel comfortable in an administrative position in which systems and data play a major role. You think ahead, work in a structured manner, and dare to take responsibility.

In addition, you bring:

• At least mbo-4 working and thinking level
• Good administrative and digital skills
• Experience with Excel
• Good command of the English language
• Availability of 40 hours per week

Pré (not a requirement):

• Knowledge of logistical processes or supply chain
• Experience with a TMS or planning system
