The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning for the MX business to ensure optimal inventory levels, forecast accuracy and on-time fulfilment. With a sound understanding of demand and supply planning, order-to-cash processes and the supporting systems from Suwon supply to channel sell-out, he/she will manage the SCM planning role for the business and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics, Finance and Suwon and SEAO Regional Office to achieve division KPIs and expectations. Role Responsibilities: To deliver on following KPIs: (a) Forecast Accuracy (b) Weeks of Stock (WOS) & Aged Inventory (c) Order Fulfilment & Out-of-Stock Manage demand forecasting (AP2) by coordinating short, mid and long-term forecasts with Sales and Product Marketing teams, aligned to monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets. Lead weekly SCM meetings and Channel PSI reviews, providing a clear view of sell-in, sell-out and inventory status against business targets. Provide accurate Weeks of Stock (WOS) simulation based on sell-in and sell-out, and manage aged inventory with Product and Sales teams on exit strategy. Manage supply allocation, order fulfilment and new product launch readiness in line with customer requirements and delivery schedules. Work closely with Suwon, Logistics and 3PL partners on inbound capacity, stock transfers and outbound prioritisation to minimise out-of-stock and delivery delays. Coordinate and maintain constant communications with all stakeholders (SESP, SEAO Regional Office and Suwon) on supply status, issues and escalations. Drive SCM process and system improvements (SAP, automated reporting and dashboards) to improve visibility, efficiency and exception-based management. Contribute towards change management initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Role Requirements: Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related discipline 5 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand/Supply Planning or related operations MS Office, advance capability particularly in Excel SAP(SD/MM), ERP and BI tools knowledge is advantageous Strong communication, stakeholder management and analysis skills Proficiency in Korean is required due to close collaboration with Global HQ stakeholders in South Korea.
