Payable Accountant (6-Month Contract)

1/ Payment Check Payable:

• Receive certificates (invoices, receipts, shipments, etc.) from the department requesting payment
• Check for complete and valid documentation
• Accounting check on SAP accounting software (Only direct non-accounting check)
• Make a list of requests to pay according to the payment period of the billed invoice
• Track payment orders until...
• Bachelor graduated with major in Accounting.
• Independent working under high pressure (willing working on holiday season).
• Clear mind-set, well-organized, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Good skill of MS office, special in MS PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience in using SAP software is advantage.
