We are looking for a highly motivated recruiter. You are the first point of contact in our search for the best and smartest employees. Developing recruitment goals and objectives (e.g., the number of sourced candidates, CVs reviewed per week, etc.)

Searching CV databases for the best, most suitable candidates.

Communicating with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans and implementation.

Drafting and proofreading job vacancies.

Researching and making recommendations for new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment.

Building networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.

Publishing vacancies on job sites and other channels suitable for that vacancy.

Assessing applicants to see if they meet the vacancy requirements.

Sending CVs of qualified applicants to the hiring manager.

Interviewing candidates using appropriate methods and structure.

Preparing a weekly report with completed and ongoing tasks.
