Who are we looking at? We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive who is passionate, reliable, meticulous, and eager to grow with the company.
Job Responsibility:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, process invoices, update ledgers, and ensure timely posting into the accounting system.
- Manage petty cash disbursement, employee expense claims, and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation of balances.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure cash balances are accurate.
- Prepare payment vouchers, process supplier payments, monitor due dates, and ensure timely settlement of accounts payable.
- Track outstanding receivables, follow up with customers, and manage supplier invoices and payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; provide supporting schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements; support internal and external audits.
- Work closely with HR, Admin, and Operations teams to ensure smooth financial processes and accurate reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal controls.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations (manufacturing industry experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
