Project Executive – Interior Fit-Out & AI-Assisted Design

Your tasks

Develop and enhance interior design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and visual presentations for commercial projects

Use AI-powered design tools to generate, refine and visualize interior design concepts, layouts, finishes, lighting and furniture arrangements

Produce AI-assisted renderings, concept images and design variations to communicate design ideas effectively to clients

Translate client briefs, brand requirements and functional needs into creative and practical design solutions

Refine AI-generated visuals to ensure they are realistic, consistent with the design intent and suitable for client presentations

Coordinate commercial interior design and fit-out projects from initial planning to completion and handover

Monitor project schedules, deliverables, budgets and progress against agreed timelines

Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers

Attend site meetings and inspections to monitor progress and resolve coordination issues

Coordinate design drawings, construction details, material specifications and technical submissions

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial interior design, interior fit-out or interior design project coordination.

Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline is preferred.

Practical experience using AI-powered tools for interior design visualization, concept development or rendering enhancement.

Ability to interpret floor plans, elevations, technical drawings and material specifications.

Good understanding of commercial interior design, materials, finishes, construction methods and site coordination.

Strong project organization, communication and problem-solving skills.

Creative, detail-oriented and willing to experiment with new design technologies.

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a timely manner.

Preferred Advantages Experience with AI image generation, image-to-image workflows, rendering enhancement or AI-assisted 3D visualization.

Experience in office, retail, F&B, showroom or corporate interior projects.

Ability to develop compelling design presentations and communicate concepts clearly to clients.

Understanding of the practical limitations of AI-generated visuals and the ability to refine them for real-world construction.
