At Salud Digna, we are looking for a Divisional Manager

Objective;

To ensure the link between operations and the institutional support center by generating strategies that allow for the fulfillment of efficiency, profitability, good image, and growth objectives of the institution, through the leadership and development of zone managers, safeguarding integrity and dignified treatment for the patient.

Responsibilities:

• Direct zone managers, ensuring the development of labor competencies and maximizing their professional growth for the punctual and successful fulfillment of the position's objectives.
• Ensure strategies that allow for the increase of the financial health of the assigned zones through the analysis of the income statement.
• Guarantee constant communication and synergy with all functional managers regarding any aspect and need of the day-to-day operation in the clinics of their division.
• Ensure that patient care is provided in strict adherence to institutional processes, procedures, protocols, and values.
• Identify and share best practices in the zones with the best results, replicating their actions in each of the institution's divisions.
• Ensure that high-impact campaigns and projects with other institutions for the benefit of society are carried out on time and under institutional quality standards.
• Analyze, through the means deemed necessary, the evolution of our competition and their actions to always guarantee being the best price option in the market.
• Verify whether the safeguards registered in the system by the zone managers are valid or not according to the established classifications.

Ensure that the goals established for the clinics under the division's charge are in accordance with optimal capacity.

• Maintain operations in an efficient, dignified, and safe manner for the patient and the institution's collaborators, in conjunction with the other areas of the organization.

• Guarantee that all clinics operate in strict adherence to established protocols, policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as evaluate that existing ones are effective for what they were designed for.
• Have a supervision model that allows for the expeditious detection of asymmetries in indicators and collaborator performance, acting on exceptions regarding any deviation that occurs in any of the clinics.
• Maintain constant communication with their staff in all clinics, and regularly evaluate their performance and support them to improve.
• Analyze, through the means deemed necessary, the evolution of our competition and their actions to always guarantee being the best price option in the market.
• Make service quality one of Salud Digna's differentiating strengths for each and every one of our patients, ensuring the fulfillment of objectives in attention, waiting, and delivery of results times in coordination with the operation areas.
• Continuously evaluate workloads, their balancing, and fair remuneration according to the functions, seniority, value contribution, and experience of the collaborators under their responsibility.
• Be a promoter and manager of continuous, appropriate training for the personnel in their area, including themselves, so that they contribute to the fulfillment of the objectives of the area and their position.
• Assign activities of greater responsibility to the collaborators of the work team who possess the necessary attitude and skills to carry them out, allowing them to consolidate, develop, and be more efficient in the operation.
