Sr IT Product Owner - Systems Analyst

Due to growth, Salud Digna is looking for a Sr IT Product Owner

Functions: Structure technological solutions through backlog management and the refinement of client needs in iterative cycles, focused on obtaining user stories that provide a clear value proposition toward operational productivity and patient experience.

Requirements: Education: informatics, systems, industrial Availability to travel occasionally Experience:

• Management of technological projects under agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Analysis, modeling, and improvement of business processes.
• Information technologies and enterprise solution architecture.
• Digital product management (Product Backlog, User Stories, Roadmaps).
• Gathering and management of functional requirements.
• Operational continuity, risk management, and business impact analysis.
• Analysis and decomposition of business requirements into clear and actionable functionalities.
• Prioritization and management of the Product Backlog according to business value and portfolio objectives.
• Agile execution and quality metrics (Burndown, Burnup, Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time).
• Software development life cycle, integrations, APIs, and testing practices.
