About the company
Salt Suites, a luxury beachfront boutique hotel with 30 rooms in Naousa, Paros, is seeking an experienced and capable F&B or Hotel Manager for full seasonal employment, with the aim of continuously upgrading the guest experience and the overall operation of the hotel.
Your tasks
Main Responsibilities
- Organization and supervision of the daily operations of the hotel (reception, housekeeping, F&B)
- Management and support of the staff team with an emphasis on quality and service
- Monitoring and coordination of the breakfast & cocktail bar operation
- Control of costs, stocks, and orders (F&B and other equipment)
- Ensuring a high level of guest experience and managing complaints with professionalism
- Collaboration with online booking systems (Booking, Expedia, WebHotelier, PMS)
- Implementation of hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards of the hotel
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar position in a boutique hotel or luxury resort
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Organizational skills and leadership behavior
- Experience in the operation and management of F&B services
- Proficiency in PMS and POS systems (WebHotelier, ERP, etc.)
- Communicative approach with customers and problem-solving ability
Will be additionally appreciated
- Knowledge of a second foreign language (French, Italian, German)
- Studies in the field of tourism or business administration
- Experience in luxury hospitality and serving a demanding clientele
- Understanding of basic marketing or social media principles
