Quality Assurance Analyst (mid level)

QA Assurance Analyst, Software QA Engineer, Automation & Manual, Los Angeles, Hybrid (3 days a week in office downtown), $115-125,000 base salary

An internationally recognised professional services organisation is seeking a talented QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability and performance of internally developed applications.

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute manual and automated test cases. Create comprehensive test plans and testing documentation. Identify, investigate and manage software defects. Perform regression testing and report on quality metrics. Collaborate with developers and project teams in an Agile environment. Proactively improve QA processes and testing practices.

Requirements: 3+ years' hands-on software QA experience. Strong manual testing and automation scripting skills. Experience with test planning, defect management and regression testing. Good understanding of Agile methodologies and QA best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in technology or related field (or equivalent).
