As the IT Team Lead for the e-commerce Platform team M/F, you will steer and actively contribute to the operations of the eCommerce platform. You are the guarantor of the availability, scalability, performance, resilience, security and cost control of the technical environments and support tools for the eCommerce activity. This role combines technical leadership, team coordination and strong operational commitment. Your missions: Management & Coordination Supervise and support a team composed of 2 Platform Engineers (DevOps). Prioritize tasks, organize team activities and guarantee the quality of deliverables. Collaborate with the Development, Architecture, QA, Security and Product teams. Maintain the technical-commercial relationship with partner companies external to the team. Engineering & Operations Design, provide and maintain development tools and environments (dev, qual, production). Ensure and continuously improve the observability of the platform (monitoring, alerting, logs, dashboards). Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of build, test, deployment and exploitation processes. Guarantee the resilience and scalability of the eCommerce platform (CDN, cache management, performance). Security & FinOps Follow and apply security directives, collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the security posture. Monitor and optimize infrastructure costs (FinOps), propose improvement plans and arbitrate technical choices.
Education Master's degree in computer science (engineering school, master's in computer science) or equivalent. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role, including 2 years focused on leadership. Demonstrated experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering environments: automation, management of technical environments, CI/CD, CDN configuration. Demonstrated experience in managing partnerships with external companies. Significant experience in security is a real plus (DevSecOps, compliance, audit). Language English B2. C1 is a plus. Technical skills Mastery of DevOps practices: CI/CD, GitOps, monitoring, deployment tools. Significant knowledge in cloud, infrastructure and web. Good understanding of performance, scalability and high availability challenges. Solid notions in FinOps and cost optimization. Good security culture: access, secrets, secure pipelines, scans, incident management, bot protection. Soft skills Natural leadership and benevolence. Ease in technical communication. Interpersonal skills with various stakeholders and cosmopolitan external partners. Sense of urgency, reactivity, operational rigor. Ability to decide, prioritize and make technical decisions.
