Your tasks

Your mission Coordinate and optimize logistics / transport flows and tools, and ensure the delivery and invoicing of finished products within deadlines, while optimizing costs and stocks.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor the flows and tools necessary for the reception and distribution of products and services, as well as for stock alignment
• Respect and apply procedures on a daily basis
• Ensure the monitoring of indicators, analyze discrepancies, identify drifts and participate in the implementation of first-level corrective actions
• Ensure the updating of operating procedures concerning incoming and outgoing flows (shipments / receptions) and reporting
• Configure the ERP configuration tables for the management of different flows
• Identify malfunctions (discrepancies, delivery, preparation and supply delays), report them to the logistics coordinator and propose solutions in consultation with your management
• Partially replace the logistics coordinator in case of absence (information transfer, reporting, KPI monitoring)

Requirements

Your profile

• Bac +2 in transport / logistics / commerce preferred
• English B2
• Mastery of Pack Office and business software / ERP (SAP or Oracle)
• Knowledge of the distribution chain and transport
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• A first experience in export or transport is a plus
