PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Assist in supervising daily duct fabrication and production activities.\ Monitor manpower, work assignments, and production progress. Ensure ducts are fabricated according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with the fabrication team regarding production requirements and priorities. Monitor materials, tools, and equipment needed for fabrication. Check completed ductwork for proper dimensions, workmanship, and quality. Assist in resolving production issues and coordinating corrective actions. Maintain proper housekeeping and compliance with safety procedures within the fabrication area. Prepare or assist in production reports and documentation. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements: At least Senior High School graduate or vocational graduate; TESDA Air Duct Servicing NC II is an advantage. At least 3–5 years of experience in HVAC duct fabrication, with supervisory or lead experience preferred. Skilled in reading fabrication/shop drawings and sheet metal layout. Proficient in operating duct fabrication machines, hand tools, and power tools. Strong leadership, quality control, and production planning skills. Knowledgeable in workplace safety standards and able to lead a fabrication team effectively.
