SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Job Description

Contribute to the design thinking and process

Translate the design ideas into design solutions

Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design and Design Development

Construction documentation and site inspection work

Project management and coordination, ensure projects are carried out within contract terms and schedules

Participate in client, consultant and contractor meetings

Coordinate on plans' submission and liaise with relevant authorities

Able to travel as and when required

Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements

Bachelor/Master in Architecture or Landscape Architecture or equivalent

Good command of written and spoken English

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in landscape design with project experience

Able to work independently as well as be a good team player

Creative, design proficiency, good visualization and graphic skills

Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCad, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite Software packages

Excellent conceptualization skills and able to articulate concepts into design and details

Excellent organization skills
