Assistant (m/f/d) Tax Law

Your Tasks

  • Support with written and telephone business correspondence
  • You will undertake diverse administrative and organizational tasks
  • Process and prepare contracts, legal briefs, and other mandate documents
  • Organization of the annual tax conference, including communication with external speakers and service providers, and management of participant coordination
  • You are responsible for digital and physical file and document management and always keep an eye on deadlines and follow-up items
  • You reliably coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel planning
  • You support the creation and preparation of presentations

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed vocational training, e.g., as a Foreign Language Correspondent, Legal Assistant, or in a commercial field
  • Professional experience in an international environment is desirable
  • You work proactively, recognize potential for optimization, and react flexibly
  • A service-oriented, structured, and independent way of working characterizes you as much as diligence and reliability
  • You possess good, ideally very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good English skills round off your profile
