Technology Consultant

We are seeking a Technology Consultant to support the planning, implementation and delivery of technology and digital transformation initiatives. The role will involve working with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate technology solutions, manage project activities and support the deployment of digital products. Key Responsibilities: Provide technology consulting and business analysis for digital technology initiatives. Gather and analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into project specifications. Support the design and implementation of blockchain-based applications, digital platforms and related technology solutions. Coordinate with engineering, QA, compliance, legal, risk and operations teams throughout project delivery. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks and resource requirements. Analyse technology and ecosystem data and develop reports, dashboards and performance metrics. Identify technical and operational issues and coordinate timely resolution with relevant stakeholders. Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet functional, security and quality requirements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, process documentation and knowledge-sharing materials. Support technology deployment workflows and continuous improvement of development and delivery processes. Provide regular project and technology updates to management and stakeholders.

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, business analysis, product analysis or project management. Experience working with digital technology, software applications or technology transformation projects. Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management and project coordination. Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA and business stakeholders. Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills. Experience with blockchain, digital assets, NFT platforms or related technologies will be advantageous. Good written and verbal communication skills.
