- Prepare and update the daily/weekly weaving plan based on orders, capacity, and delivery requirements.
- Monitor loom loading, production progress, and loom status.
- Prepare and maintain daily production reports and planning data.

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in textile production planning preferred. Fresh graduates may also be considered.
- Experience in weaving planning and loom scheduling is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of spinning, warping, sizing, beaming, and weaving.
- Good Excel skills; ERP/SAP knowledge is an advantage.
