Our client is a well-known F&B outlet in Singapore, seeking Service Crew Members to deliver excellent guest service and support smooth front-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

Join a leading F&B outlet as a Service Crew Member, delivering warm guest experiences, managing reservations, handling transactions, and supporting sales to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests to create a warm and memorable experience that encourages repeat visits
• Manage reservations, seat guests efficiently, and respond to guest enquiries to maintain smooth front-of-house operations
• Handle guest feedback professionally to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
• Promote menu items actively to support sales and achieve revenue targets
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Operate POS systems and perform basic cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
• Work effectively in a fast-paced F&B environment, adapting to changing demands and busy periods
• Maintain a presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance to uphold brand standards
• Work on weekends and public holidays as required to meet operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a food service environment
• Good communication skills to interact clearly with guests and team members

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a valid Food & Beverage Hygiene Certificate (not mandatory)
• Demonstrate honesty and strong integrity in handling transactions and customer interactions
• Maintain neat appearance and good personal hygiene to uphold brand standards
