Admin-cum-Documentation Executive

Our client deals with agro products like edible oil, bean, etc. They have an immediate requirement for a Admin-cum-Documentation Executive.

The right candidate is expected to support export operations by preparing and managing export documentation, coordinating with banks and shipping lines, and performing administrative duties to ensure smooth transaction flow and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export documents accurately according to Letters of Credit (LC) or contract requirements to ensure compliance and timely processing
• Submit documentation to banks and coordinate with bank personnel to facilitate clearing and payment processes
• Communicate proactively with clients to follow up on export documentation status and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with shipping lines to arrange document collection and shipment tracking for efficient logistics management
• Collect documents from shipping lines and banks, analyze discrepancies, and take necessary corrective actions to maintain process integrity
• Compile and prepare weekly and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to support operational monitoring and decision-making
• Perform adhoc administrative tasks to support export and office operations as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience in export documentation or administrative roles preferred but candidates with less experience may be trained

• Work week: Monday to Friday
• Work location: Tanjong Pagar
• Salary: Up to SGD 3,500, negotiable based on experience
