Receptionist - 6-month Fixed-Term Contract M/F - Saint Roch

As part of this opening, we are looking for our future Receptionist on a seasonal fixed-term contract.

Reporting to our Chef de Réception, you are the heart of the customer experience. You guarantee the smooth running of guests' stays, from their arrival to their departure, by ensuring a personalized welcome, attentive follow-up, and fluid coordination with all hotel departments. You actively contribute to billing and the sale of services, while embodying the image and values of Saint Roch.

Your role

As a Receptionist, you are the first contact for our clients and guarantee a warm, attentive, and professional welcome. You ensure the quality of check‑in and check‑out, handle requests with precision, and ensure the smooth running of the stay through personalized follow-up. You manage administrative and commercial operations with rigor, coordinate the interventions of different departments, and actively contribute to the resolution of requests or incidents. Through your sense of service, your reactivity, and your mastery of the establishment's standards, you participate fully in the satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience of our clients. You possess a keen sense of service and hospitality, combined with excellent presentation and great attention to detail. Discreet, empathetic, and endowed with active listening skills, you know how to manage stress, anticipate needs, and demonstrate diplomacy in delicate situations. Rigorous, autonomous, and flexible, you work effectively in a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism and excellence.

You master reception and customer relationship techniques, hotel PMS, and upselling methods. Capable of managing several requests simultaneously, you prioritize effectively and communicate easily with an international clientele. You quickly identify customer expectations, handle complaints with tact, and propose personalized solutions. Professional English is indispensable, and mastery of a third language is an asset.
