Breakfast & Room Service Chef de Rang - 6-month Fixed-Term Contract M/F - Saint Roch

As part of this opening, we are looking for our future Chef de Rang on a seasonal fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director and their Assistant, you will contribute to the excellence of the gastronomic experience and customer satisfaction.

Your role

As Chef de Rang, you ensure a attentive and elegant welcome, guide customers in their choices, and guarantee impeccable dining room service, in accordance with the standards of Saint Roch. Responsible for your station, you ensure its preparation, organization, and follow-up, while anticipating customer needs and ensuring the fluidity of service. You coordinate the work of the commis, ensure the liaison between the dining room and the kitchen, and contribute to a harmonious gastronomic experience. You also participate in order control and compliance with hygiene and safety standards, in order to offer a careful, precise, and memorable service. You present an irreproachable appearance and possess a natural sense of service and hospitality. Courteous, organized, and endowed with relational elegance, you know how to demonstrate dynamism, reactivity, and versatility. Diplomatic, patient, and discreet, you manage stress with mastery and pay particular attention to details. Your team spirit and professionalism allow you to ensure fluid and harmonious service.

You master high-end restaurant service standards, advise customers with precision, and take orders reliably. You know how to effectively organize and manage a station, support the commis, and rigorously apply hygiene rules. Comfortable with order-taking and payment tools, you communicate effectively with the various departments. Fluent English is essential, and mastery of a third language is an asset.
