Chef de rang (Evening) M/F - Saint-Malo Golf Resort

As part of its seasonal activity, the Virgule restaurant at the Saint-Malo Golf Resort is looking for a chef de rang.

Under the responsibility of the maître d'hôtel, you will be required to:

• Ensure the setting up of the dining room before and after each service.
• Warmly welcome customers and accompany them throughout the meal.
• Perform table service with rigor.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and respond to specific requests.

• CDD contract
• Full time - 39 hours per week.
• Position to be filled quickly for a contract lasting until November 1st, 2026.
• Salary according to the HCR convention.
