Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring compliance with the Employment Act, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and the Company’s policies and business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, requisition approvals, job advertisements, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support the resolution of employee relations matters, conduct preliminary investigations into workplace issues, and recommend appropriate actions to Management.
- Prepare and oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments, CPF contributions, statutory contributions, and compliance with MOM, IRAS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage annual payroll-related submissions, including IR8A reporting under the IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) and other statutory declarations.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and provide relevant feedback and insights to Management.
- Administer employee medical insurance, Work Injury Compensation (WIC) claims, insurance renewals, and other employee benefits.
- Manage employee leave administration, including monitoring leave applications, maintaining accurateleave records, ensuring proper leave entitlements, and ensuring compliance withCompany policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage work pass administration, including work pass applications, renewals, cancellations,issuance, and related documentation, ensuring compliance with MOM requirements.
- Oversee general office administration, including procurement, vendor management, telecommunications, office facilities, and related administrative matters.
- Coordinate with internal and external IT service providers on user account management, hardware procurement, system access, troubleshooting, and other IT-related matters.
- Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum eight (8) years of relevant HR experience, preferably with solid experience in Singapore HR practices.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, CPF requirements, IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS), and other applicable statutory employment requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizationalskills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees andstakeholders at all levels.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to handle confidential andsensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently withminimal supervision.
- Candidates who are available to commence work immediately will be preferred.
- Candidates with additional relevant experience and qualifications may be considered for a higher-level position.
