Expected Profile Global Tech Leader: Is a global authority in a specific process / technology / technical field and contributes to the overall business efficiency of the company through their expertise. Manages and sets priorities for technical support to accelerate the transfer of know-how and the sharing of best practices across the organization. Coordinates a community within the company to support standardization, innovation, and the sharing of expertise and best practices. Is responsible for training and upskilling members of their community, thereby developing technological expertise in the given area. Reports (linearly or functionally) to the research and development organization and participates in systematic knowledge and information management within this mission.
