Experienced Multiskilled Receptionist in a Tourist Residence (M/F)

NON-ACCOMMODATED POSITION

We are looking for a versatile and efficient collaborator to manage a 4-star tourist residence open year-round.

You will play a central role within the establishment, ensuring both the welcome of our clientele and the smooth running of the residence.

Your main missions:

Manage the telephone switchboard and process emails. Create and manage rental advertisements (direct, OTA..). Schedule and verify reservations and villa occupancy, optimizing occupancy rates. Prepare arrivals and departures: inspect accommodations before travelers arrive, welcome customers physically and/or by telephone, inform customers of stay formalities, services, and tourist activities in the region, perform check-out inspections, identify and report any potential issues in the accommodations. Maintain daily cash registers, collect deposits and balances, invoice services. Manage communication and social media. Manage exchanges with sales representatives, service providers, and OTA. Plan the maintenance team's work according to occupancy, check the cleanliness of villas and common areas, manage stocks and linen. Apply procedures defined by management. Ensure the administrative management of the front office, maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, collaborate with the team and management to ensure fluid communication within the residence organization. Help colleagues when necessary (team spirit).

Profile sought: BTS tourisme or equivalent You are autonomous, reliable, and rigorous. You have an excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills. You have a keen sense of organization and managing unforeseen events. You are dynamic and capable of taking initiative. You know how to work alone, but with a true sense of teamwork and above all, you have a taste for well-done work and customer service. You are capable of moving from the office to the field during the same day. You know how to use your time effectively in the absence of customers. You speak very good English and Italian. You know Corsica and the Porto Vecchio region.

Experience required in the same type of position.

Multiskilled and non-accommodated position. Driving license B and vehicle advised.

CDI of 39h/week, variable hours depending on the season. Salary 1750 to 1850 euros net monthly, depending on skills and experience.
