Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HRBP Support Specialist to support our client's HR Business Partner team in the logistics industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, HR reporting, HRBP support, or a related role.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analytical tasks.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with different stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in North Jakarta.
