Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of proven success in supply chain or procurement roles, specifically within the Hospitality, Hotels, or Food Services sectors. Leadership Level: Demonstrated experience at the Manager level, with a track record of Team Leadership and mentoring diverse professionals. Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Supply Chain Management , Project Management , and the implementation of ERP Systems . Strategic Skillset: Advanced capabilities in Strategic Sourcing , Budgeting & Forecasting , and Data Analysis to drive informed business decisions. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional Communication skills and a master of Vendor Negotiation to build and maintain critical partnerships. Operational Rigor: A deep understanding of Logistics Coordination , Inventory Management , and Quality Assurance standards.
