15-20 years of proven experience in Accounting and Cost Control , specifically within the Hospitality or Food Services sector. Expertise in Food & Beverage Costing and Inventory Management is essential. Mastery of ERP Systems and advanced Financial Reporting techniques. Strong background in Strategic Planning , Budgeting & Forecasting , and Variance Analysis . Demonstrated Managerial Leadership and the ability to drive Internal Auditing standards. A degree in Accounting, Finance , or a related field is expected for this senior-level role. Proven track record of Risk Management and Compliance in a large-scale environment.
