BATCH STILL OPERATOR (CHEMICAL PROCESSES EXCEPT PETROLEUM)

1. Operate the distilling column, mindful of the requested production schedule and product quality, optimum operation control of the columns, and safety at all times.
2. Initiates necessary corrective measures in cases when any or all of the columns malfunction due to power interruption, steam pressure variation, cooling water pressure fluctuation, etc, and refer to his/her supervisor for any problem that is beyond his/her capacity.
3. Always creative and resourceful in finding means to improve the system.
4. Keeps a record of activities in the distillation operation and accomplished log sheets and production reports.
5. Always safety conscious at all times as well as maintaining the orderliness and sanitation of his/her workplace.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. A GRADUATE OF CHEMICAL ENGINEERING
2. COMPUTER LITERATE AND CAN OPERATE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE.
3. WITH GOOD VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
