๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Informatics, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Experience in supervising or coordinating an IT team
  • Good understanding of network, server, database, cloud, and IT infrastructure
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills

๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

  • Oversee daily IT infrastructure operations and maintenance
  • Monitor IT systems, network, server, hardware, and software
  • Coordinate IT team tasks and priorities
  • Handle troubleshooting and IT incident resolution
  • Monitor backup, security, and system performance
  • Maintain technical documentation and IT SOPs
  • Coordinate with vendors and third parties
  • Identify infrastructure risks and improvement opportunities
