Your mission will be to contribute to the design of mechanical, electro-hydraulic, or electro-mechanical equipment for landing systems (ATA32 - Braking, Gear Extension/Retraction, Nose Gear Steering), from preliminary technical studies to the development of their definition files and their technical management throughout the entire life cycle. The main activities you will have to perform as part of the position are: *Take into account customer needs or submitted issues and contribute to the studies and 3D designs of technical solutions. *Participate in development reviews and contribute to the choice of solutions. *Study parts and assemblies in detail by performing mechanical pre-dimensioning, selection of technological components, choice of materials and their protections under the verification of a Product Designer. *Participate in concurrent engineering activities. *Develop and update product bills of materials, and drawings under the verification of a Product Designer. *Establish and write design justification elements (tolerance chains, pre-dimensioning calculations, mass balances, etc.) under the verification of a Product Designer. *Participate in product development studies: DFMEA, functional classification, prioritization of definition characteristics, etc. *Ensure the technical management of the product definition file in PLM tools and following configuration management rules. *Propose innovations in your field. *Contribute to the analysis of non-conformities in production. Trained as a Design Technician, with a focus on hydraulics and/or mechanics and/or electromechanics, you ideally have a first experience in the design of equipment and mechanisms. The necessary skills expected for the position are as follows: *Knowledge of mechanical design: machined, molded, forged parts; choice of materials and surface treatments; elementary technological components (screws, bearings, springs, etc., sealing solutions; mechanical linkage solutions and functional assemblies; pre-dimensioning calculations. *Basic knowledge of RDM / hydraulics / electro-mechanics / electro-magnetism *General knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes *General knowledge of the aeronautical industrial environment *Knowledge of CATIA methods and tools
