Job Description Integrated into the Operations of Safran Engineering Services Toulouse, you will report to the Project Manager of the Electrical Systems Department.

You will be integrated into a team of leaders within a project and will intervene in a synchronization role between the clients, our internal executors, and low-cost countries.

You will hold a position as an S&A (Schematic & Apparatus) Leader and, as such, knowledge of the design tools of the IGE XAO suite (SEE XP) is indispensable for the proper performance of the position. The candidate must have experience in project management, reporting, and risk analysis.

Knowledge in electrical installation would be a plus.

Your main missions will be to ensure responsibility for quality and delivery deadlines on functional activities by:

• Applying methods / processes

• Respecting standard and specific rules

• Delivering in accordance with schedule commitments

• Leading activities and progress reviews with the teams

• Sharing / alerting on blocking points, risks, and others with the project manager and cross-functional teams

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of electrical schematics is required.

Your main skills are:

• Knowledge in electrical engineering and electrotechnics

• Experience in activity and team management (at least 2 years with teams between 2 and 8 people including offshore sites)

• Team spirit and collaborative management, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to challenge the project team and propose solutions proactively
• Comfortable in an international and multicultural environment

• Proficiency in English
