Armor M88 Business/Project Coordination Manager M/F
Within the Safran AE Military Engines Division and the Support Department, you will join a team working to develop tomorrow's support systems, which must contribute to the operational availability at the lowest cost of future platforms for Air Force or Marine customers. You will evolve in an international environment and through European cooperation on the vast majority of projects.
Main Missions: You contribute to the implementation of the Armor project for the deployment of the future global military maintenance network. This is a key activity to guarantee the future operational availability of a rapidly growing M88 fleet. You translate project requirements into detailed specifications and deliverables for the product support technical teams.
Complementary Missions: You contribute to the transfer of skills.
Main Activities: *Be the preferred focal point for M88 product support towards the Armor project team *Actively contribute to the success of Armor engineering workstreams by providing product/process/organization experience. Themes concerned: oRepair strategy oMulti-site MRO range oDLM documentation oNTI3 tooling Initially, the themes of industrialization preparation and NTI3/4 subcontracting are not included. *Structure deliverables and roll them out across the different M88 product support units. Also act as a link with the expert network as well as the tooling BE team. *Ensure overall management as well as reporting. Alert in case of major changes in assumptions requiring adjustments (load/capacity). *Intervene as a product and business expert: contribute to the skill development of newcomers, lead training/awareness sessions
- Candidate with a Master's degree (Bac +5) and justifying a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Engineer or university graduate with experience in aeronautics
- Knowledge of engines, systems, or equipment
- Knowledge of after-sales maintenance documentation structure.
- Knowledge of aeronautical regulations
- Mastery of transverse management
- Taste for organization and interpersonal relations.
- Ease in communication and reporting
- Intermediate English level required
