Safran Aerosystems (SAO) designs high-technology solutions that optimize aircraft performance and flight safety. As the world leader in emergency evacuation systems and crew oxygen systems, Safran Aerosystems is also a major player in fuel and fluid systems. SAO's Systems Fuels et Fluides Division (DSFF) works on fuel and fluid systems as well as anti-icing systems. You will join the Quality Department at the Plaisir site. Working in close collaboration with development teams and in synergy with quality departments, you will be a key player in the design, validation, and continuous improvement of the computers embedded in our aeronautical systems.
To this end, you will be responsible for: *Developing and managing project development quality plans, particularly in ensuring the proper consideration of customer and certification requirements. *Auditing and validating development processes (electronics, software, system, and mechanical disciplines) *Driving transition milestones and ensuring the follow-up of actions. *Ensuring developments comply with certification requirements. *Inspecting the environmental qualification process, *Establishing the compliance of definition files, *Supporting the industrial validation of systems. *Optimizing processes through the analysis of feedback from previous projects and by proposing improvement plans. *Representing Safran for quality aspects during reviews with customers/suppliers and aeronautical authorities (FAA/EASA.). You will work at the heart of innovative projects and collaborate with a multitude of internal stakeholders (program, design office, industrialization) and external ones (customers, certification authorities, suppliers).
You hold a degree from an engineering school or equivalent, with a specialization in embedded electronics and software. You are rigorous, curious, and possess good communication skills. Here are the expected skills: *Proven experience in the development of critical embedded computers and configuration management. *Knowledge of traceability and configuration tools (DOORS/POLARION, SYNERGY/GIT), *Experience in environmental qualification (DO160), *Mastery of product certification standards such as: ARP4754, DO178, DO254. *Knowledge of EN9100, EN9145 standards, *Knowledge of problem-solving tools, *Team spirit, reactivity, and leadership skills. *Fluent English level (TOEIC score above 750), as you will interact with international customers and partners.
