As part of the development and consolidation of our Engine Customer Support competency center, we are supporting the growth of our activities in aeronautical maintenance and assistance to airlines and repair shops. We are looking for a Customer Support Tooling Deviation Engineer to strengthen our team in Villaroche (near Melun).

Your tasks

• Join a dedicated Customer Support team to analyze, process, and close tooling deviation requests issued during engine maintenance and repair activities.
• Evaluate non-conformities or specific requests regarding tooling, propose and implement suitable and secure solutions, while guaranteeing technical and industrial compliance.
• Ensure the monitoring and management of the deviation flow until resolution.
• Contribute to the capitalization of feedback and the continuous improvement of methods and processes.
• Collaborate transversally with numerous stakeholders (methods, industrialization, production, maintenance, tooling design, suppliers) to guarantee the success of each file.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) with a focus on mechanics or maintenance, with an interest in aeronautical and industrial environments.
• Good knowledge of turbomachines and/or tooling.
• Proficiency in reading plans and technical files, ability to analyze deviations and their impacts relative to initial requirements.
• Excellent understanding of industrial manufacturing processes.
• Analytical mindset, rigor, organization, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Comfortable with office tools and, ideally, with design or documentation systems used in the aeronautics industry.
• A level of technical English is required for the position.
• Initial experience in a design office would be a plus, but we are open to any motivated profile with solid training and a real desire to commit.
