Mission Description Within the Supply Chain department and the Transport team, you will ensure the following missions:
- Manage the shipment and receipt of goods
- Establish the administrative formalities for a Transport service (Knowing how to read an AWB, an ECS)
- Establish Import and Export declarations in accordance with regulations and contracts
- Monitor "Air, Road" transport and act as the interface with Internal customers, freight forwarders, and Transport and Customs service providers.
- Guarantee compliance with the application of customs procedures and the IATA Standard
- Monitor and handle disputes with carriers, Freight Forwarders, as well as international customs disputes in English.
- Monitor the performance of Freight Forwarders and service providers, fill in anomaly files in real time, and keep your statistics up to date to be reported in QRQC
- Characterize a malfunction and be an active participant in its resolution
- Be proactive, participate in steering committees and improvement projects, placing communication at the top of your priorities with your manager and the team.
