HSE OFFICER M/F

Main missions:

Evaluate professional risks. Propose and implement risk prevention actions; Draft and validate the HSE documents necessary for interventions (prevention plan, risk analysis, work permit); Ensure HSE regulatory monitoring and participate in the regulatory compliance assessment of the sites; Drive safety standards (FPS) to achieve the objectives set by the group within the scope of Marnaval, Revigny-sur-Ornain and the depots in France (Vougy) and in Italy (Bologna and Tezze); Draft and update documentation relating to HSE (DUER, procedures, operating modes,...) and group procedures (FPS, FPA, SLE); and ensure group reporting; Perform internal HSE audits according to group standards; Prepare the documentation necessary for ISO external audits and accompany the auditors; Perform field audits (SLE, Workshop Audit, subcontractors) related to their field of expertise; Raise awareness among employees regarding the HSE approach and compliance with procedures and carry out training actions in their field of expertise; Participate in the animation of the HSE culture in the field (toolbox talks, campaigns, safety days, communications, field visits); Participate in the analysis of accidents, incidents, and dangerous situations and ensure the follow-up of associated action plans and ensure their effectiveness; Ensure the monitoring and analysis of HSE indicators (accident rates, audits, actions, training, exposure...) and propose improvement plans; Drive HSE topics/projects in connection with the HSE CLUSTER Manager<p>Responsibilities exercised:

Ensure consistency in the achievement of company objectives within their scope Ensure compliance with current regulations in their fields of expertise Be proactive in their activities Advise and inform Management on applicable HSE obligations Participate in the maintenance of HSE certifications (ISO standards, and ) Ensure a physical presence in the depots in France and Italy by traveling
