Replenishment Specialist - Systems & Equipment M/F

We are recruiting a Replenishment Specialist to join the Supply Chain teams of our Systems and Equipment (SE) Division, at our Molsheim production site.

Your main mission is to make products replenished from suppliers available to internal and external customers in the desired quantities, within the fixed timeframe, while respecting quality rules and economic objectives (VEX and transport cost).

Your activities are as follows:

• Define replenishment parameters in the item master data and in Supply Chain contracts, in line with the stock policy
• Analyze and issue requirements to the supplier via AirSupply
• Work in collaboration with the supplier to build and monitor recovery schedules
• Monitor the flow until reception and manage the processing of administrative disputes
• Manage return flows to suppliers
• Measure and analyze supplier performance (On Time Delivery, plan adherence).

You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) with an initial professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) with at least 8 years of experience.

You are proficient in ERP tools and Pack Office; knowledge of SAP (Supply Chain) and PowerBi is a plus.

You know how to analyze problems, synthesize the essentials, and propose solutions. You evaluate supplier information and its consequences, and you know the basics of customs, transport, and the contractual framework.

You communicate easily in English, possess notions in business economics, and master MRP2 principles (Class A).

You work autonomously, with rigor and method, and demonstrate proactivity, analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Initial experience in aeronautics is appreciated.
