Wheels and Brakes Planner M/F

We are recruiting a Planner to join the Supply Chain teams of our Wheels and Brakes Division (WB), at our Molsheim production site.

Your main mission is to make products supplied by suppliers available to internal and external customers in the desired quantities, within the set timeframe, while respecting quality rules and economic objectives (VEX and transport costs).

Your activities are as follows:

• Manage and be responsible for your supplier perimeter
• Analyze supply parameters in the article master data, in consistency with the stock policy, and propose adjustments as needed
• Analyze and issue requirements to suppliers
• Monitor manufacturing progress in the supplier WIP and obtain realistic ARs
• Build, in collaboration with the supplier, and monitor recovery schedules for critical parts
• Handle exception messages: progress, postponement, or cancellation of orders to avoid production shortages and meet the VEX objective
• Handle receiving disputes
• Handle invoicing disputes
• Manage return flows to suppliers
• Measure and analyze supplier performance (On Time Delivery)
• Challenge all support services to avoid supply shortages
• Be proactive in proposing improvements to our business standards
• Travel regularly to suppliers in difficulty
• Master's degree with confirmed experience as a planner
• Proficiency in SAP
• Knowledge of PBI is a plus
• Proficiency in Pack Office
• Ability to analyze problems, synthesize the essentials, and propose solutions
• Easy communication in English (oral and written)
• Good knowledge of MRP2 principles
• Autonomy, rigor, and method
• Proactivity, analytical mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
