Key challenges of the position Under the responsibility of the AI Product Line Manager, the AI Product Manager plays a key role within the product function at Safran.AI. As an AI Product Manager, you contribute to defining the strategy, developing, and implementing high-performance AI products. You work in close collaboration with both the AI and Software engineering teams, as well as sales and market teams, to transform the strategic vision into an actionable roadmap. You frame and define product specifications, prioritize the implementation of new features, and ensure that products bring real added value to users and the company. You will be the relay for the strategic vision and will actively participate in its development with the Product Line Manager. Detailed missions: → Collect the needs of the company and users and translate them into AI product specifications. → Prioritize product backlog items based on their impact, technical complexity, and growth objectives. → Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring permanent alignment with the company's vision and objectives. → Work in close collaboration with business experts, engineers, and researchers to ensure the relevance of new features in light of user needs. → Act as a catalyst for ideas by co-designing solutions with markets, while formalizing and documenting product decisions to ensure follow-up. → Define and optimize the pricing strategy based on value analysis and competitor study in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager. → Continuous analysis of financial performance and implementation of growth levers to maximize the profitability of the products under your responsibility. About you → 5-8 years of experience in product management or a similar position → Experience in B2B/B2G environments, preferably involving complex, regulated solutions related to defense, industry, or Artificial Intelligence and computer vision → Experience in writing product specifications and defining roadmaps → Mastery of the entire product lifecycle, from managing ideation phases in co-construction with customers to the deployment of solutions → Mastery of defining performance indicators for AI products and a fine understanding of training challenges to guarantee product performance and be able to communicate fluently with technical teams. → Ability to adapt quickly to change and evolve in a high-growth and constantly evolving environment → Analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to exploit complex data to drive strategic decisions and maximize product added value → Structured mindset, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and priorities. → Great intellectual curiosity and a desire for continuous learning; you are an advocate of dogfooding → Excellent written and oral communication (fluent English) with solid international customer experience. → Demonstrated ability to unite cross-functional stakeholders around a common product vision. → Mastery of Jira, Notion, Excel, Figma, and Powerpoint tools for roadmap and backlog management, KPI analysis, solution prototyping, and strategic communication with stakeholders.
