Mission Description Within the Secrétariat Général of Safran Helicopter Engines, attached to the Contrôle de Gestion Central department in Bordes, we are looking for our future Subsidiary Management Controller (F/H).
Your main mission will be to contribute to the steering of the economic performance of the Group's subsidiaries and to drive financial forecasting processes in order to guarantee the quality of the analyses and data used for decision-making.
Your challenges to meet:
- Analyze and consolidate the financial results of the subsidiaries in order to produce summaries intended for the Direction Financière and operational management.
- Coordinate budget exercises and the Plan Moyen Terme (PMT) by guaranteeing the consistency of assumptions and the reliability of the reported data.
- Drive the Finance network of the subsidiaries and develop exchanges between local financial management and the corporate management control teams.
- Identify areas for improvement in reporting processes and tools in order to strengthen performance and the quality of financial steering.
A true partner to the subsidiaries' financial management, you are the preferred interlocutor for reporting, financial analysis, and forecasting questions. You also contribute to the development of Business Plans during the creation of new entities or joint-ventures.
Job Specifics:
Regular interactions with the financial management of subsidiaries in France and internationally.
Fluent professional English required.
