Mission Description Within the Information Systems Department (DSI) of SAFRAN HELICOPTER ENGINES, and more specifically in the Technical Infrastructures & Shopfloor department, we are looking for an Information Systems & Buildings Project Manager.
You will bring your expertise to diversified projects within the business environment of information systems and building management. You may be assigned to several missions in parallel.
Your main missions will be to:
o Analyze expressed business needs and coordinate the appropriate technical response in collaboration with the various technical referents of the domains
o Perform the design of installations (descriptions, technical specifications, etc.)
o Participate in the definition of technical specifications
o Perform the budgetary study, manage the budget
o Manage the schedule, ensure the smooth running of construction sites (Launch, monitoring, acceptance, project implementation up to the production milestone)
o Control the progress of work and the coordination of stakeholders (Project owner, installers, operators, etc.)
o Create simple layout plans
o Perform technical surveys for the implementation of audiovisual equipment and meeting rooms
o Write various deliverables (Audit report, specifications, minutes, meeting reports, etc.)
o Be the guarantor of Compliance with plans, respect for standards, and acceptance of work

Manage services
o Formulate needs
o Receive deliverables
o Monitor the Quality, Cost, and Deadline commitments of service providers
Contribute to SAFRAN IS processes
Participate in monitoring
General Context
o Respect for SAFRAN HELICOPTER ENGINES frameworks (Quality, HSE, IS Security, Industrial Protection, etc...)
o Respect for ITIL principles
o General mastery of IT technologies
o Ability to communicate in English in writing and orally.
