In this context, we are recruiting a System Engineer - Missile Equipment Aircraft Integration to join the Guidance Product Engineering Unit (UIPG). You will join a team engaged in the development of a new defense system, at the heart of aircraft integration issues.
As Aircraft Integration Lot Manager, you will take charge of a structuring technical scope of the project, with a level of autonomy adapted to a confirmed profile (-5 years of experience).
Your responsibilities cover:
- management of the lot (planning, budget, interfaces),
- aircraft hardware integration,
- justification of environmental compliance,
- technical relationship with customers and partners.
Main activities:
- Technical management and coordination of the lot
Manage the assigned scope in terms of planning, budget, and technical commitments.
Plan and monitor internal and external activities (business teams, partners, suppliers).
Ensure project reporting (progress, costs, deadlines, risks) to stakeholders.
Identify technical risks and manage the associated action plans.
- System integration and justification
Manage integration activities between the equipment and the aircraft carrier.
Define and coordinate the technical justification strategy for the system.
Create and maintain the justification file demonstrating the robustness and compliance of the hardware (analyses, tests, demonstrations).
Contribute to the resolution of technical problems encountered during the integration and testing phases.
The position requires a strong capacity for analysis and technical demonstration, particularly to justify the hardware's performance in its operational environments.
- Customer and partner relations
Ensure the technical interface with the customer and industrial partners.
Present progress, test results, and justification elements.
Lead technical meetings with the various project actors (suppliers, integrators, laboratories).
- Travel and international environment
Travel in France and internationally is to be expected (You will operate in an international environment and use English operationally, both orally and in writing.)
