Integrating the quality engineering group, a transverse entity to the development of products, electronic boards, and mechanical parts of SAFRAN, you will evolve within the teams dedicated to these developments. You will build upon numerous internal technical and process experiences in a collaborative and learning work environment. Driven by Product curiosity and strong interpersonal skills, you will be the quality support for the product, electronic, and FPGA teams in order to ensure demonstrations of compliance of our developments with customer requirements and applicable standards. In this context, your main missions will be to Define and adjust the quality program to the constraints of the project and the hardware development environment (Product, electronic, FPGA)
- Ensure the Quality performance of the project by steering quality activities (review, audit, inspections) in accordance with project development logic.
- Support design suppliers and intellectual service providers.
- Support and raise awareness among teams regarding the application of engineering processes and guarantee their application.
- Be a driver in identifying process deviations and areas for improvement and propose solutions adapted to project contexts.
- Ensure effective communication with development teams and the quality entities of our customers and authorities.
You have at least 5 years of experience in product development or in quality engineering, and wish to continue enriching your skills.
