Project Manager

Understand the project scope and customer's requirements Prepare project schedules and work plans Set project milestones and deadlines Allocation of manpower, materials and system requirement Assign duty to project co-ordinators, engineers and site supervisors Monitor worker performance and productivity Coordination with subcontractors and suppliers Ensure sufficient manpower is available to meet project deadlines Monitory weekly and monthly project progress Conduct project meetings and site inspection Resolve delays, operational problems and coordination issues
