Head of Accounting & Controlling (m/f/d)

Working hours: 40h (Full-time) I Location: Marburg I Start date: immediately

Your (Core) Tasks:

• You are responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB.
• You ensure proper bookkeeping as well as compliance with compliance requirements.
• You are responsible for budget planning and forecasting.
• You are the contact person for auditors, banks, etc.
• You support change management (processes & structures).
• You are responsible for project and production controlling, thereby ensuring full transparency for business management.
• You analyze key figures and develop proposals for the implementation of follow-up measures.

What you bring to the role:

• completed degree in business administration or comparable training, several years of professional experience in the field of accounting/controlling
• very good knowledge of HGB and tax law
• confident handling of common accounting software & MS Office
• experience in project and production controlling
• strong analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working
• good English skills
