Responsibilities

Supervise waiters and ensure service standards are consistently met

Welcome guests, present menus, and guide food and beverage choices

Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism

Ensure section readiness, mise en place, and hygiene standards

Requirements

F&B experience is essential

Five-star hotel or fine dining background required

High level of English essential; additional languages a plus
