Maintenance Manager

1. Maintenance Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement the factory's annual and monthly maintenance strategy and plans.
• Establish preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs.
• Ensure maintenance plans are aligned with production schedules and business priorities.
• Analyze equipment reliability and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop maintenance standards, procedures, checklists, and work instructions.
• Establish equipment criticality classifications and maintenance priorities.

1. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are developed and implemented for all critical equipment.
• Monitor completion of preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely closure of maintenance work orders.
• Introduce predictive maintenance techniques where applicable, including vibration, temperature, lubrication, electrical testing, and condition monitoring.
• Review maintenance history to identify recurring failures and eliminate root causes.
• Ensure proper lubrication and inspection programs for machinery.

1. Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance

• Lead the response to major equipment breakdowns and critical technical failures.
• Ensure fast diagnosis and restoration of production equipment.
• Monitor breakdown frequency, duration, and root causes.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major and repeated failures.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring breakdowns.

Coordinate with Production to prioritize equipment repairs according to production

1. Maintenance Budget & Cost Control

• Prepare the annual maintenance budget in coordination with Finance and Factory Management.
• Monitor actual maintenance expenses against budget.
• Control maintenance costs without compromising equipment reliability or safety.

1. HSE & Compliance

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with SADKO Plast's HSE requirements.
• Ensure proper implementation of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Ensure safe isolation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other energy sources before maintenance.

1. Maintenance Documentation & Systems

• Ensure accurate maintenance records for all equipment.
• Maintain equipment history, breakdown records, preventive maintenance records, and spare-parts consumption.

Ensure maintenance activities are properly recorded in the maintenance system / ERP

1. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team.
• Allocate manpower according to production and maintenance priorities.
• Establish clear responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Evaluate maintenance employees' performance and identify development needs.

Educational Background :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline .
• Maintenance Management, Reliability Engineering, TPM, or similar certifications are an advantage.

Experience :

• 7–10 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience , preferably within manufacturing.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a maintenance supervisory or managerial position .
• Experience in plastic manufacturing or a similar process/manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing both mechanical and electrical maintenance teams.
